Phosphagenics CEO steps down

Dr Esra Ogru, CEO of Phosphagenics (ASX: POH), handed in her resignation as a director of the company effective as of last Thursday 18 July 2013.

The Phosphagenics board suspended Esra Ogru on 1 July, after it discovered apparent irregular transactions in the company’s invoicing and accounting records.

The company expects to announce the key findings of an independent investigation on Wednesday 24 July 2013.

Phosphagenics’ shares were trading at $0.105 at about 3 pm on Monday.
