pSvida to list on Nasdaq

WA-based biotech pSvida (ASX: PSD) is to reincorporate onto the Nasdaq, the American stock exchange.
The re-incorporation plan was first mooted in April. At a shareholders' meeting today, 94 per cent of shareholders, 192 in total, voted for the resolution, while six voted against it.
Between them the 192 shareholders hold around 96 per cent of the voting power.
The shareholders also voted to adopt a new employee incentive plan.
