On Monday April 30th Unisearch Limited and IP Australia, the federal agency responsible for patents, trade marks and designs, will present the first in a series of short seminars on intellectual property and aspects of bringing innovations to the marketplace.
The Technology Commercialisation team at Unisearch works with academics to realise and leverage business opportunities from scientific research. They are also involved in sourcing development funding and finding commercial partners for these innovations.
This half-day seminar will cover the latest local and international changes in IP (intellectual property) and patents, copyright, IP management, commercialisation, start-up businesses, and more. The seminar will be followed by a light lunch.
