An Australian firm, Novogen, has released the results of a study involving promensil.

The study took place in the Netherlands, involved 30 women and lasted for three months. The women concerned were suffering from acute menopausal systems. The study found that those who took promensil experienced a 44% reduction in hot flushes in comparison to those who took the placebo.

A spokesperson for Novogen said that the results of the trial were further indication of the positive effect that promensil, a natural dietary supplement, has in terms of relieving the symptoms of menopause.
