Custom oligonucleotides
The SigmaGenosys production facility has the ability to make up to 750 oligos per day. A range of purification options is available locally including: desalting, reverse phase cartridge and PAGE purification.
A quality control procedure is applied to each oligonucleotide before shipment and includes spectrophotometer and PAGE gel analysis. Quality control certification is supplied for each oligonucleotide.
The equipment used is the state-of-the-art, gene technology instrumentation, developed by Genosys Biotechnologies.
