Using a fully integrated manufacturing system, RTP produces plastic items without the need for tooling. This technology offers design freedom and adaptability.

In a process which is streamlined to individual specifications, there is no need for moulding, or forming equipment and tooling. Effective collaboration with everyone involved in product development is achieved through self-extracting eDrawings which allow accurate representations of 3D models and 2D drawings.

Prototypes and samples can be generated economically in days with changes to shape, function and design incorporated at any stage of the production process. Parts and housings are manufactured ready for assembly or component insertion.

Using the tool-less plastic technology, RTP designers will work closely with the client through the design process of the product. Sketches and technical drawings are converted to CAD models which then enter the tool-less system. The design can be swiftly modified in response to changing needs and new applications.

RTP's technology can be used in virtually any plastics application. It is suitable for complex electronic and scientific instruments, such as flat screen monitors, card readers, oxygen respirators and ticketing systems.
