Pall Corporation has introduced Cascada laboratory water systems that provide optimum water quality to support diverse laboratory needs from sensitive applications to general-purpose use.

The system enables laboratories to achieve the highest purity water through a series of separation and purification steps in a single box.

Four polishing systems, with customised configurations to meet a wide range of sensitive application requirements for high quality ultrapure water, are available. They are:

The BIO-water, a polishing system for life sciences applications such as cell culture, in vitro fertilisation, microfluidic and array systems; the AN-water, for analytical applications such as ultra-trace environmental analysis; the IX-water, for less demanding laboratory water applications; and the LS for general-purpose laboratory analysis including less sensitive life science applications.

A pre-treatment system, the RO-water system is also available to protect and extend the life of the polishers, which is particularly important in cases where there is poor feedwater quality.
