Vötsch Industrietechnik environmental test chambers can be integrated into a business network for secure remote operation and monitoring.

Reproducible simulation of temperature, humidity, thermal shock, vibration, polluted air, corrosive atmospheres, solar radiation, atmospheric pressure and rain facilitates the qualitative analysis of raw materials, components and the finished product.

Environmental simulation utilises many of the following MIL-, IEC- and DIN-compliant technologies: corrosion - salt spray mist; condensation water; condensation water with SO₂ and cyclic salt spray/controlled climate testing; pressure - simultaneous temperature and pressure change within the range of atmospheric pressure up to 60,000 m (5 mbar at -80°C); thermal shock - temperature change rates of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 80 K/min between -80 and +250°C; solar radiation - solar irradiance of 1200 W/m² within an exposed area of 13,600 cm² across a temperature range of +15 to +80°C and humidity range of 10 to 80%; vibration - flexible test space height adjustment, temperature change rates of 5, 10 and 15 K/min between -70 and +180°C, relative humidity of 10 to 95% between 10 and 95°C; temperature and humidity - volume ranges from 16 L to 21 m³ and a temperature range of -70 to +180°C and a relative humidity range of 10 to 98% between 10 and 95°C; explosion protection - atmosphere explosive temperature test and climatic test chambers offer primary and secondary explosion protective features to eliminate the risk of fire or explosion in the event that a gas-air, dust-air or aerosol-mist-air mixture is generated within the test space.
