The LD 400 Luminescence Detector is a sensitive instrument with a luminescent dynamic range of >8 decades. The LD 400 measures both flash and glow luminescence, and has the added flexibility of performing photometric measurements on the same instrument. It is suitable for most biological and chemiluminescent microplate assays, including dual luciferase, reporter gene, toxicity, ATP, bioMass, ELISAs and protein quantification.
